CLAIMS & RETURNS POLICY


PRODUCT RETURNS

  • Product returns are not accepted without prior authorization.  
  • No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt.  
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging, non-opened, and free from any price labels. 
  • Freight charges for all returned items are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

CLAIMS & DAMAGES

We take great care in the packaging of our shipments; however, in case of shortages or damages, the customer must file a claim within 7 days of receipt.
